We had a really nice cruise Saturday afternoon along the way we stopped in Dundee and saw some fantastic cars.  From there we drove up to Pipe and had a great early dinner at Capone's place which had great food not to mention the Pizza!!!!

We had twenty cars this year and over forty members this was truly a great time on October 1'st.

Monday Morning 8/15/11, the day after
The show is over and everyone has gone home and some with a very nice trophy!! Considering this was our second show and our first with trophies and dash plaques I would say we did a great job.  I know some were not happy with everything but I hope you understand this is something that we have had no outside
help with nor have we ever run a show before. 
Considering such we are doing pretty good.

First of all I would like to thank all of the volunteers you all did a great job from grilling to parking to registration everyone stepped in and did what was needed. 
Thanks directly from me!

Second of all and this is huge!  Thanks to Rick Brantmeier and all at Dick Brantmeier Ford who helped out with the show mainly Chad.  You were there for us all day Sunday and helped where we really needed the help.

Again Rick was there where we needed him and he did not hesitate to step up and offer the facilities that we needed and when asked to cover the trophy cost he did not flinch he stepped up and gave our show a trophy that everyone raved about.  These are trophies that all will display proudly and will talk about for the next year.  I would also like to thank Toro Trophies in Sheboygan as the cost came in a little higher than expected and they covered the difference without question please thank them and Rick when you see them next time.

What else can I say other than.

The Mercury's are still my favorites, thanks guys for making the show again!!!

The biggest thing I learned was that we need another class for trucks.  last year we had one truck this year we were overwhelmed with them which was great!

2010 Fall Rally:

October 17 - The weather was great for the day!  We had 15 cars in the cruise the rally turned into more of a cruise this year as we for the most part stuck together as a group.   That may change next year, we will see. 

Thanks to all who made it this year I can see this event getting even bigger next year.  We have come a long way since 2007 when we had only three cars.
